License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

Subscriptions & Payments

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

Free Trials

If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Unused portions of free trials are forfeited upon subscription purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or scan using our apps. We do not claim any rights to your scans, text, or other content.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to scan and process any documents or images you use with our apps.

Third-Party Services

Our apps may use third-party services for functionality:

• Google Gemini API: For text extraction (OCR). Subject to Google's Terms of Service.
• RevenueCat: For subscription management. Subject to RevenueCat's Terms.

Disclaimers

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy of text extraction results
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Compatibility with all devices

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our apps.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our apps at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
